More information

A lush botanical garden, Thermal Bio Pool and vegetable garden abundant with organic medicinal plants, herbs and vegetables all combine to create the park of the Country Boutique Hotel Donna Coraly.

5,000 square meters of nature, directly accessible from the private gardens of the suites. A corner of paradise, where silence and relaxation reign supreme. The ideal place to regenerate, relax and enjoy the scents and colours Sicily offers.

There are places blessed by beauty and grace and filled with history

Donna Coraly Boutique Hotel is a “historical gem”.

The grace of the lady of the house, Donna Lucia Pascarelli, who wanted to dedicate to her beloved grandmother, Baroness Coraly Grande Sinatra, the name of the boutique hotel where guests can relax from the distances travelled, pervades in the beautiful and luxurious suites.

Each with a private garden, where they can savour in total privacy, the delicacies of the house.

The beauty of the estate where a large barn (300sq meters) dating from 1848, was built for storing products from the estate, a playground for Lucia, her brother and sister, who on rainy days loved to run around and hide behind the many jute sacks piled high.

Today, whilst maintaining its original charm and character, it is the ideal location for events.

The beauty of a green oasis, the lush botanical park home to an abundance of native plants and the Bio Thermal Pool, sanitized with salts of life create a timeless place in which to forget the worries of everyday life.

The vegetable garden from which the Chef selects seasonal herbs and vegetables to delight our guests demanding palates on a daily basis.

All surrounded by the family olive groves, from which the EVO oil is produced, an essential component of the Chefs exclusive recipes.

A place of luxury and peace, where on the 3rd September 1943, in the presence of Eng. Paolo Grande, great-grandfather of the owner, the Armistice was signed between Italy and the Allied Powers.

British Brigadier General Kenneth Strong, Italian Giuseppe Castellano, US General Walter Bedell Smith (future director of the CIA) and the diplomat Franco Montanari, who had served as translator and interpreter for Castellano, signed the secret armistice that ended Italy’s fight against the Allies in the Second World War.

Following this meeting, President Eisenhower gave the order to cancel the planned attack on Rome with 500 Bombers.

A place to come, stay and return…

The perfect place to celebrate important occasions in our lives, greeted by the beauty and love of the land of Sicily.
